Summer holidays at Wakayama Farm

During the Obon holidays (Japan's mid-August holiday season), from Saturday, August 9 to Sunday, August 17, “Matcha in a Bamboo Cup” and the Bamboo Forest Illumination will be available every day at Wakayama Farm.

Wakayama Farm is about 10 minutes by car from Utsunomiya IC on the Tohoku Expressway, making it an easy stop on the way to or back from Nikko, Kinugawa Onsen, Nasu and the Tohoku region.

Do drop by for a relaxed stroll through the bamboo forest.

◆ Hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM

Please ask our staff what time daytime opening switches over to the evening illumination.

Last entry is 30 minutes before the switchover for daytime visits, and 30 minutes before closing for the evening illumination.
