4. Your online ticket will arrive by email within 7 days.

5. On the day, come with your ticket ready to show.

Ticket Sales Notes

• Online sales of lighting ceremony tickets end on Thursday, November 26, 2026. Tickets are not sold online on November 27 (the day before) or November 28 (the day of the event).

• If you'd like general admission on the day of the lighting ceremony, please purchase your ticket at reception.

• Reserved concert seating is limited, and online sales may end without notice once all seats are taken.

• When purchasing, please check the ticket type and number of tickets carefully. Enter your full name as it should appear on your ticket, and the correct email address where you'll receive it.

• The automatic email sent right after payment is a receipt, not your ticket. Your ticket will be emailed within 7 days of your order. If you use a spam filter, please allow emails from ticket.wakayamafarm@gmail.com.

• Tickets are non-refundable for cancellations made for personal reasons. If the event is cancelled, we'll give a full refund. If it is cancelled due to severe weather or similar, we'll announce it on our website by 9:00 AM that day and also email everyone who bought tickets. For details, see the Information Required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
