On-site Sales: Tickets will be available for purchase at reception on Saturday, November 28, 2026. Concert seating tickets will only be available if seats remain.
Online ticket sales will not be available on the day before or the day of the event.

Payment Timing
Payment is confirmed at the time of purchase.
Ticket Delivery Time
Ticket images will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase within seven days of order confirmation.
For purchases made within seven days of the event, tickets will be sent no later than the day before the event.
Ticket Delivery Method
Tickets will be delivered as image attachments via email.
Each ticket image will display the name and number of attendees provided at the time of purchase.
Admission Instructions and Important Notes
• Please present your ticket image at reception on the day of the event, either on your smartphone or as a printed copy. QR codes and barcodes will not be scanned.
• Tickets are valid only for the specified date, ticket type, and number of attendees.
• Forwarding, duplicating, or reselling ticket images to third parties is prohibited. Admission may be refused if such activity is identified.
• If you do not receive your ticket email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at the email address listed above.
Ticket Availability and Sales Limits
Seating for the Bamboo Winter Lights 2026 SINON Commemorative Concert is limited. Ticket sales will end once all seats have been sold.
Cancellations and Refunds
• Due to the nature of the tickets, cancellations, changes to the number of attendees, refunds, and date changes requested for personal reasons cannot be accepted.
• If the event is cancelled by the Facility, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for payment within 30 days of the cancellation decision. The time required for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer.
• Severe Weather Policy: The event will proceed in the event of rain. However, if severe weather conditions require cancellation for safety reasons, a full refund will be issued.
Handling of Personal Information
Personal information provided at the time of purchase, including names and email addresses, will be used for ticket issuance, customer communication, and admission verification.
Information necessary for payment processing will also be shared with our payment service provider, Stripe, Inc.
