We sell freshly harvested bamboo shoots, chestnuts and blueberries, grown here for generations using natural, circular farming methods, at our farm shop.

Made with chestnuts from our farm and other Japanese-grown chestnuts, this sweet lets the true flavor of chestnut shine through.
Each chestnut is carefully scooped out by hand and blended with just a little sugar to create a traditional Japanese sweet that brings out the chestnut's natural sweetness.

Additive-Free Bottled Bamboo Shoots
300g: ¥1,620 (tax included)
Bamboo shoots harvested at the end of the season are bottled fresh with no additives. Enjoy their natural flavor and crunch all year round.
How to open: Because the bamboo shoots are made without additives, the jars are vacuum-sealed and the lids can be hard to open. Pry the edge of the lid with a bottle opener or the handle of a fork or spoon to let air in, and it will open easily.

Bamboo Shoot Rice Mix
For 1½ cups (360 mL) of uncooked rice: ¥1,080 (tax included)
To preserve their firm texture, the base sections of the bamboo shoots are diced and sealed in a retort pouch to lock in their flavor. Rinse and drain 1½ cups (360 mL) of uncooked rice. Add the bamboo shoots and all the broth from the pouch, then cook as usual in a rice cooker. The liquid is measured for this amount of rice, but you can adjust it to your preference.
Seasoned Bamboo Shoots
80g: ¥1,080 (tax included)
Himekawa, the soft layer on the tip of the bamboo shoot, is seasoned with our own hand-picked Japanese pepper berries to make a spicy Japanese-style menma. Enjoy it with rice or as a snack with drinks.
Wakatake Menma
180g: ¥1,080 (tax included)
As part of our efforts to address the social problem of abandoned bamboo forests in Japan, we have been researching the production of Japanese-made menma (seasoned bamboo shoots commonly served with ramen). Working with Marumatsu Bussan, an industry pioneer credited with naming menma, we have brought this product to market.
Made from young Moso bamboo grown in Tochigi Prefecture, with no added chemical seasonings.
Enjoy the unique flavor and texture of domestically produced Japanese menma.
Blueberry Amaretto Jam
150g: ¥1,080 (tax included)
We pick the blueberries in our farm's own orchard, generously mulched with bamboo chips, and blend them with amaretto, an almond-flavored liqueur, to make this lightly sweetened jam.
Enjoy the rich aroma of amaretto and the sweet-tart flavor of fresh blueberries.
The alcohol is thoroughly cooked off during boiling, but we don't measure the residual alcohol content, so please take care when serving it to children, pregnant women and others.
